Information from SportsConnect, our of-record system, is synced to GC. Information added into GC is not synced back to SportsConnect.

• LTJBSA Online Medical Information Form. This medical release form must be completed prior to the start of the season. Your coach will keep a paper copy on file. 
• Little League Age Determination. Your player’s league age is determined by the Little League Baseball® and Little League Softball® Age Charts. The dates for baseball and softball are different, but each determines the division in which your Little Leaguer will play this season.
• Babe Ruth League Age Determination. Babe Ruth League player ages are determined by the birth chart at this link. May 1 in any year is the deciding date.
• Little League Residency and School Attendance Eligibility Requirements. Players are eligible to play with a league only if they
  reside in or if the physical location of the school where they attend classes is within the boundaries provided to and approved by Little League Baseball.
