Like so many hometown organizations, the LTJBSA depends on the generosity of our community to fulfill our mission.

We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) public charity that must fundraise over $50,000 annually to produce programs for our members. Your generosity will help us offer affordable, high-quality sports programs for girls and boys in Lawrence, Hopewell, and Ewing.

⚾ Team Naming Priority

The LTJBSA team naming process is tied directly to our seasonal enrollment. Because our league size changes each year, we use a structured priority list to ensure fair recognition for our sponsors.

Your Spot on the Roster: When you become a Home Run Sponsor, you are automatically added to our Priority List and receive a premier banner on the field.
The Formation Phase: Once our registration windows close and player enrollment is finalized, we begin building our official team rosters for the season.
Returning Partners First: We honor our long-term relationships; if you sponsored a team last season, you receive "first dibs" on naming a team this year.
New Sponsors Are Up Next: After our returning partners are placed, we move down the Priority List to offer our new Home Run sponsors their chance to name a team.
Once We Name All Teams: Remaining Home Run Sponsors are given a field banner, and they maintain their status on the Priority List for next season.

To ensure your brand is represented with the highest quality on our fields, please follow these technical requirements.

📐 Design Standards

Scale: All files must be set up at 100% scale (Actual Size).
Bleed: Include a 0.125-inch bleed on all background artwork.
Safety Margin: Keep critical text and logos 2 inches from the banner edges.

📂 File Preparation

Format: High-resolution Vector files (EPS, AI, PDF, SVG) are required.
Assets: Please embed all linked images and assets within the file.
Typography: Convert all text and fonts to outlines before submission.

📏 Resolution & Dimensions

Final files must meet a minimum of 144 DPI at full physical size.

Home Run Banner (48" x 36"): 6912 x 5184 pixels
Field Sponsor Sign (60" x 24"): 8640 x 3456 pixels
Dugout Sponsor Sign (30" x 30"): 4320 x 4320 pixels
Sponsor Logo on Jersey (10" x 5"): 1440 x 720 pixels

About the LTJBSA

Each year, more than 500 ballplayers and their families from Lawrence, Ewing, and Hopewell Township, NJ participate in an LTJBSA program.

Established in 1963, the Lawrence Township Junior Baseball Softball Association (LTJBSA) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) public charity that produces quality, community-based tee ball, softball, and baseball programs. We help children have fun, make memories, and learn to play the game on a trusted hometown field.

We strive to provide safe, low-pressure programs that let every child try, learn, and grow, while creating friendships and memories that will last a lifetime. We believe that community-based youth sports are an important platform for children to develop essential life skills like teamwork, resilience, and confidence.
