π Snack Shack Coordinator
Description: Oversees Snack Shack logistics, manages inventory, stocks replenishment (Restaurant Depot, Costco), and ensures weekly operation runs smoothly.
Active: In-Season (April - June)
Time Commitment: One or two nights weekly, 5 to 9 PM.
π¨βπ³ Snack Shack Food Preparation
Description: Assist the paid cook and staff with food preparation and service during peak game times.
Active: In-Season (April - June)
Time Commitment: As needed; weeknights 5 to 9 PM, or Saturday 9 AM to 1 PM.
π Food Purchaser
Description: Purchase and restock food/beverages (club cards provided).
Active: In-Season (April - June)
Time Commitment: Flexible; tasks are done on your own time, but drop-off is required at the Snack Shack before 5 PM on a game day.
π§βπ³ Food Service Advisor
Description: Provide expert advice to the League on food preparation, storage, and health/safety best practices for the Snack Shack's opening day and ongoing operations.
Active: As needed (Flexible)
Requirement: Must have experience in Food Service industry.
π¨βπ» Snack Shack Leads
Description: Manage open and closing procedures, assist parent volunteers during shifts, and handle umpire payments and the cardless payment system. Training provided prior to season.
Active: In-Season (April - June)
Time Commitment: One or two nights weekly, 5 to 9 PM.
ποΈ Snack Shack Scheduler
Description: Builds and communicates the weekly parent volunteer schedule for team duty nights. This role can be done remotely.
Active: In-Season (April - June)
Time Commitment: Flexible (Done on your own time).
π§ββοΈ Cadet Umpire Coordinator
Description: Creates the weekly umpire schedule and assigns cadets to available games, works with District 12 to coordinate adult umpires, and communicates any-weather related schedule changes promptly.
Active: In-Season (April - June)
Time Commitment: Flexible. Weekly schedule must be emailed by Sunday evening during the season. Weather-related emails are usually sent between 3 and 4:30pm on affected days.
π’ Coach a Team
Description: Lead a team to directly increase playing time for children. You don't need to be an expert coach; just be willing to connect players with the League's resources. Time commitment is the same as an Assistant Coach. Learn More

π§’ Softball or Baseball Division Coordinator
Description: Acts as the main point of contact for coaches and parents within a specific division, managing teams, equipment, and reporting field condition issues to the board.
Active: March β June (1 per division)
π€ Game Announcer & Scorekeeper
Description: Announce batters, work the scoreboard, and play music in-between innings for games on Hughes or Colavita Field.
Active: In-Season (April - June)
Time Commitment: Flexible. Volunteer during your player's game, or one night when you are free. Games are approx. 1:45 long.
ποΈ League Schedule Coordinator
Description: Builds teams and the season schedule in SportsConnect, communicates dates to various external parties (Township, D12), and handles game rescheduling due to weather.

πΈ Paid Cadet Umpire
Description: Set your own schedule and earn $30 per game with bonus pay. Free training and equipment are provided to become an official umpire. Learn More
