Our Programs

Lawrence Little League Softball & Baseball
Tee Ball, Softball, and Baseball programs for Township kids age 5-12.
Founded in 1939, Little League International ® is the world’s largest organized youth sports organization. Nearly 2.5 million children and one million adult volunteers, representing 50 states and countries on six continents, participate in local Little League programs.  Lawrence Little League was first chartered in 1952 and is the only official Little LeagueⓇ- program for ballplayers in Ewing, Lawrence, and Hopewell, NJ Townships.

LTJBSA Tee Ball
Often a family’s first introduction to Little League®, providing a Tee Ball experience that is grounded in fun, fitness, and fundamentals is key to growing a child’s love for the game. The program is free for 4 thru 6-year-olds in the Mercer County area, with a specific focus on Lawrence, Ewing, and Hopewell Township residents.

Lawrence Babe Ruth League Baseball
Baseball programs for Township boys age 13-16
Founded in 1951, Babe Ruth Baseball League was created for ballplayers ages 13-16 who wished to continue their baseball playing experience beyond the age of 12. This is where players get their baseball cleats muddy for the first time on standard 90' diamonds under Official Baseball Rules used by Major League Baseball. In this division, teams are eligible to enter tournament competition and move along the tournament trail, culminating in a World Series.  Lawrence Babe Ruth was first chartered in 1955.

Competitive Baseball & Softball
Travel softball and baseball for ages 8-16
Our most competitive option, LCBS is a non-profit travel organization serving Mercer County, and welcome players from all towns in the area, including Bordentown, Ewing, Hopewell, Hamilton, Lambertville, Pennington, Princeton, Robbinsville, Trenton, and West Windsor.  We offer professional coaches, competitive baseball experiences, and a family atmosphere for a cost much lower than area 'big box' programs.

LTJBSA Umpire Academy
Providing our graduates with opportunities to learn responsibility and leadership on the field.
LTJBSA Umpire Academy teaches individuals age 13+ how to successfully officiate a Little League baseball game. Once certified, cadets set their own game schedule and can work when they are free.   The LTJBSA provides training and equipment free of charge to cadet umpires in exchange for their commitment to prioritize LTJBSA softball and baseball games throughout the season.
