🟩 GameChanger (Chat & RSVPs)
GameChanger is a mobile app that we use for in-game scoring, team messaging, and to provide a convenient and accessible way to access your team's schedule. GameChanger receives information from SportsConnect but cannot send information back.
⚠️ Don't Schedule in GameChanger!
GameChanger does not sync back to SportsConnect. Adding events in GameChanger will not reflect on the official league calendar or notify the league of field usage.
Use GameChanger exclusively for chat-style updates, scorekeeping, and RSVPs.
✅ How to RSVP
RSVPing early helps coaches plan playing time and ensures teams have enough players to avoid forfeits.
- Open the GC app and select your team.
- Go to the Schedule tab.
- Select the event and tap Availability.
- Choose Yes or No. You can update this at any time.
🔄 Schedule & Roster Sync
Synchronization starts automatically once schedules and rosters are posted. If you do not see your team after 24 hours:
- Sign in to GC using the same email used on LTJBSA.com.
- Coaches must open the app to trigger the initial sync for the team.
- Manual Import: Tap "Add Team" > "Import from SportsConnect" in the GC app.
- Re-Import: Team > Gear Icon > Schedule Sync > Re-Import Schedule.
👥 Adding Family Members
To enable more than one adult to view schedules and chat in GameChanger:
- Log in to LTJBSA.com and go to My Account.
- Find the player and click View Details.
- Click +Add Additional User Access.
- Enter the secondary email. They will receive a sync invitation.
- Note: Emails must match the LTJBSA account to sync for safety.

SportsConnect is the platform behind www.ltjbsa.com. It is our registration system, scheduler, and web site. It represents the source of truth for the League. 📖 Read SC Parent FAQ
🧭 System Overview
Schedules and rosters are synced one way — from SportsConnect to GameChanger. This ensures the league maintains a single source of truth for all events.
- Scheduling: All events must be created in SportsConnect (LTJBSA.com).
- Emails: Official team emails must be sent through SportsConnect.
- RSVPs: Parents should mark availability in GameChanger.
📢 How to Share Information
Maintain clear boundaries between official league data and team-level chatter.
- Emails & Official Info: Use Team Central on LTJBSA.com only.
- Quick Alerts: Use GC Messaging for weather delays or last-minute reminders.
- Note: Never rely on GC for emailing event changes or reschedules.
🔑 Accessing Team Central
Log in at LTJBSA.com and click the "Volunteer" tab. Locate your team and click "Visit Team Page".
- View official schedules and rosters.
- Send team-wide emails (automatically BCCs the league).
- Record pitch counts and game scores.

🔢 How to Enter Pitch Counts
- Log In: Log into your Sports Connect account and navigate to your Team Central or Team Directory.
- Locate Game: Go to your team's Calendar and click the Results button.
- Edit Game: Click the Edit Scores button next to the game.
- Enter Pitch Counts: Find the players who pitched and enter their total pitch counts in the designated fields.
- Save and Post: Click Save or Save & Post to update the league records.
📋 Scorekeeping Responsibilities: Generally, the home team enters the final score, while both teams are responsible for inputting their own players' pitch counts.
