Ewing Fields - Instructions for Coaches

🏗️ Batting Cage Access Instructions

  • The cages are in the large building directly across the path from the basketball courts, most easily accessed via the parking lot parallel to Buttonwood Drive. Entrance doors face this parking lot.
  • Keys for all Moody Park items are located in the equipment closet attached to the concession stand behind home plate of the Bauer 50/70 field.
  • Unlock the equipment closet using the lockbox on the door — code is 1972. Inside, on the upper right, is a hook with three keyrings. The cage keys are on a blue carabiner. These keys also open the adjacent bathrooms.
  • All cage doors swing shut and lock automatically. Prop them open with a cone and keep the keys on you to avoid getting locked out.

💡 Bauer & Moody 2 Lights & Equipment Access

  • Keys for all Moody Park items are located in the equipment closet attached to the concession stand behind home plate of the Bauer 50/70 field.
  • Unlock the equipment closet (behind the Bauer 50/70 home plate) using the lockbox on the door — code is 1972. The key in the lockbox will open the closet door.
  • In the closet are bases as well as additional keys (bathrooms, light shed, tball field, etc.). Note: Only lock/unlock the top lock for the bathroom doors.
  • The lights panel is located inside the clubhouse, in the left box on the back wall. Coaches must turn the lights on and off for their games.
  • Coaches must install (and remove) bases. Ewing Township Rec Department will line the fields.

⚾ Fasolino Field Access & Lights

  • Retrieve the keys for the storage closet from the lockbox on the Concession Stand door. Code is 1972.
  • The storage closet holds bases as well as additional keys (bathrooms, concession stand, press box).
  • The lights panel is located in the Concession Stand. Coaches must turn the lights on and off for their games.
  • Coaches must install (and remove) bases. Ewing Township Rec Department will line the fields.
