Where the 🥎⚾ journey begins!
Our Tee Ball program is a fun, non-competitive introduction to baseball and softball, designed to teach young players the fundamentals of the game while fostering a love for the sport. Each session is structured as follows:
- 30 minutes of skill-building activities focusing on throwing, catching, and base running.
- 30 minutes of gameplay where every child bats and plays in the field.
This format ensures that all players are actively engaged and have the opportunity to develop their skills in a supportive environment.
📘 Curriculum
Our program follows the official Little League® Tee Ball Curriculum, a 10-week plan emphasizing fun, fitness, and fundamentals. This curriculum includes over 40 activities and drills designed to keep children active and engaged while learning the basics of the game.
Parents are encouraged to download the manual, backyard practice plans, and equipment checklists. These resources provide additional ways to support your child's development and enjoyment of the game at home.

Each player receives:
Parents should provide:
- A Tee Ball Bat and helmet
- A glove
- Athletic pants
- Athletic shoes or cleats
Please label all personal equipment with your child's name.
👨👩👧👦 Parent Involvement
Parental involvement is a key component of our program's success. We encourage parents to:
- Stay at the field during sessions to support and encourage their child.
- Volunteer as coaches, team parents, or in other capacities.
- Assist with field setup and cleanup.
Volunteering is a great way to be actively involved in your child's experience and to foster a sense of community within the league.
📝 Registration
Registration opens in the Fall for the following Spring and is FREE for residents of Lawrence, Ewing, and Hopewell Townships.
Ages: Girls and Boys who are Little League Age 4–6
Cost: Free
Location: Lawrence Central Park
Season: 8 weeks, mid-April through mid-June
Schedule: Saturday mornings, 1 hour per session
Rain Makeups: Occasional Wednesday evenings, 6–7 PM
