Volunteer Process

Thank you for volunteering your time to help Lawrence Little League!

Below are the steps to get started. All forms can be downloaded at the bottom of this page. 

1. Download and complete the Little League Volunteer Application. This form must be completed annually. 

2. Complete the background check and fingerprint process. Lawrence Township requires all volunteers to be fingerprinted. If you have been fingerprinted for other Township sports, you do not need to be fingerprinted again. 

  1. Visit

  2. Enter 2F1J3Y as the SERVICE CODE. 

  3. Click on SCHEDULE or MANAGE YOUR APPOINTMENT to complete your application.

3. Complete the CDC Heads Up Concussion Training course. Lawrence Township requires all volunteers to complete this course annuallyYou can register for and take the course online at the CDC website. Make sure you download the certificate after completing the course. 

4. Attend a District 12 Safety Clinic. Little League requires all volunteers to complete this course every three years.  You are exempt from the safety clinic if you are CPR Certified. Clinics are held in March. Date, time, and location will be posted on the District 12 website

5. Download and sign the Coaches Code of Conduct Form. 

Email the following completed items to [email protected]:

  • Completed and signed Little League Volunteer Application.

  • Copy of a valid driver’s license or valid government identification.

  • Certificate of Completion for CDC Concussion Training

  • Signed Coaches Code of Conduct Form.
