Opening Week is Here! We are so excited to finally be bringing games back to Lawrence Township this Spring.

A few items as we begin play: 

1) Our website, www.ltjbsa.com, will always have the most up-to-date information. Your player's team has a Home Page where you can view it. To access it, first log in with your account, then click HOME on the left-hand side (this brings you back to the homepage). From the menu, choose Little League --> Team Central --> Team Directory and find your player's page.

2) Tee Ball parents - practices and games will begin Saturday, April 24. Practice will be from 9:30-10am, then a game from 10-10:30. Your field schedules are posted on your Team Directory page (see #1 above). Your coach should have emailed to introduce themselves (Please email me if you haven't gotten anything from them yet).

3) For breaking information (like rainouts), follow us on Facebook or Instagram. Please also share your game or practice pictures on social media! We want to see the kids in action! Use the #PlayBall08648 hashtag all season long. 

4) Please fill out the COVID Health Check form in the Team Manager app for every practice and game. If for some reason the app misfires, you can print out a Health Screen form from the Quick Links section on the home page. Your player is not allowed to enter the field without a completed health check - coaches cannot make any exceptions. 

5) We are not using the dugouts or bleachers this year to better social distance. You and your player will need to bring a folding chair to sit on. Important: During games, parents should sit at least 20 feet from the lawn chair dugout. It might be tempting to visit your player during a game, but we ask you stay away and talk on the ride home. Paying attention to the defense is an important part of learning the game. Additionally, masks are not required to be worn by players or coaches on the field, but we expect everyone to observe social distancing rules regardless. 

6) Concession Bucks are now on sale! Spend $20 and get $25 worth of coupons with no expiration date.  Visit the Concession Stand on weeknights or Saturday to purchase, and while you are there, thank Rita for opening the stand up for us this season. 

7) Picture Day will be May 8th. Look for information next week about packages.
