2021 COVID Safety Plan Now Published

We've published our complete 2021 COVID Safety plan, approved by Lawrence Township. The full document is located here and covers practices, games, and concession stands.

Highlights include:

Players must fill out the Health Tracker form in the app prior to any practice or game.
Teams must wait until prior team is completely off the field before they take the field. Arrival times should not be any earlier than 15 min. prior to practice/game time
Coaches, players and parents are encouraged to wear masks entering and exiting fields and facility.
Only coaches and players allowed on fields during practices - no parents.
Hand Sanitizer will be either on outside of or near dugouts for use during practices.
Players will keep gear 6 feet apart along the fence on foul lines.
Gear may not be shared. Each player must provide their own bat, glove and helmet.
Coaches and players must bring their own drinks and refreshments. No sharing. Gum and seeds are prohibited.
Team “huddles” must keep with 6’ social distancing.
Parents and spectators must follow social distances rules and are strongly encouraged to wear masks while attending games. They cannot occupy the bleachers and must socially distance on the outfield fences. Center field area by the batter’s eye is off limits to spectators.
Bleachers may be used by the team as an “alternate” dugout provided social distancing is monitored.
Unless assistance is required, only 1 person in each bathroom at a time.
Mound visits shall consist of 1 coach, catcher and pitcher. Maintaining social distancing guidelines.
Base coaches shall maintain social distancing guidelines.
Umpires will be stationed behind the mound.
